Glisten Labs Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and contractors of Glisten Labs, LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. How to Enter
No purchase necessary. To enter, provide a valid email address via the sweepstakes entry form. Limit one entry per person. Entries received in the pre-launch window will be doubled. After this window, duplicate entries will be disqualified.

3. Prize
One winner will receive a free Lab Pro account to Glisten Labs’ online behavioral experiment builder platform (approximate retail value: $2999). Another winner will receive a free Individual Researcher Pro account (approximate retail value: $999). Prize is non-transferable and no cash or substitution is allowed.

4. Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received by 11:59 p.m. Saturday, October 11, 2025. Winner will be notified by email within 7 days of selection. If winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be selected. All others will be notified at this time as well.

5. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Publicity
By entering, participants grant Glisten Labs permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Privacy
Email addresses collected will be used solely for administering the sweepstakes and for communications from Glisten Labs, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree that Glisten Labs, LLC and its affiliates, officers, and employees are not responsible for any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising out of participation or acceptance/use of the prize.

9. Governing Law
This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
